Unidentified Scented Object 1 – Scented Cloud (2017), also known as Le Nuage Parfumé, is an innovative installation by Cartier, presented at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris during the FIAC contemporary art fair. The installation featured a transparent glass cube containing a suspended spiral staircase leading into a floating cloud of Cartier’s fragrance L’Envol. Visitors could ascend the staircase to enter the cloud, experiencing the scent enveloping them in a multisensory environment.
